Whole School Activities and Events

At Etherley Lane we take part in a wide range of activities and events linked to our curriculum and the wider community.  We promote the spiritual, moral, social and cultural development of all pupils through these experiences which also support us to embed British values within our school community and beyond.

Harvest Festival 2024

As we approached Harvest, we were keen to come together as a community to support our local food bank. This was a wonderful opportunity for our children to learn about the importance of giving and sharing.
We collected non-perishable food items and accepted donations of money to purchase more food to redistribute into the community. Reverend Brett also came into school to deliver Harvest themed assemblies to the children in school.
